For over 15 years, I’ve helped organizations turn operational chaos into excellence – from Shell to Syngenta, from Accenture to my own practice. I don’t just fix systems. I ensure teams embrace them, leaders stay aligned, and transformation creates lasting impact.

From Corporate Leadership to Independent Practice

I spent multiple years as Principal Director at Accenture, leading the Supply Chain & Operations technology solutions practice for the Netherlands. Built teams. Drove €80M+ in pipeline for value chain transformation programs. Led complex implementations across manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.

Before that? Twelve years in operational roles – from customer service manager to global program lead at companies like Syngenta and Littlefuse. Then seven years as independent contractor leading transformations at Mediq, Shell, and Nouryon, followed by three years as Director at Accenture. I’ve lived the complexity from the inside I now help others navigate.

In 2025, I founded TwinMore Consulting to work the way I believe transformation should work: focused, pragmatic, human-centered. No large consulting teams. No 18-month programs before you see results. Just proven methods that deliver outcomes in weeks, not years.

My approach to technology

I don’t fall in love with technology. I fall in love with solving problems.
Technology is a tool, not the answer. The answer is: Does it make work better? Do teams embrace it? Does it create lasting value?

MY PRINCIPLES:
Simplify before automating
Don’t digitize chaos. Fix the process first, then deploy technology that enhances it.

Integrate, don’t customize
Standard solutions scale better. Customization creates technical debt and dependency.

Prove, then scale
POCs and MVPs before million-euro commitments. Show value fast, then expand with confidence.

Transfer capability
Your teams own it, not consultants. I build capability so you can sustain and evolve independently.

What drives me

Making transformation meaningful – not just efficient.
I’ve seen too many transformations that work on paper but fail in practice. Systems that are technically perfect, but nobody uses. Data governance frameworks that look impressive, but teams ignore. Change programs that drain energy instead of creating it.
That’s what drives me: creating transformation that works for real people doing real work.
