Hi, I'm Monique - founder of TwinMore

Operational transformation expert. Human & AI Enablement strategist. Trusted advisor to leaders navigating complexity, modernization and large-scale change. For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of operations, systems and transformation execution – helping organizations simplify complexity, modernize operations and turn stalled transformation efforts into measurable progress. From Shell to Syngenta, from Mediq to Nouryon, I’ve seen the same challenge repeat itself across industries: organizations invest heavily in technology and transformation, but struggle to make execution land operationally and organizationally. That’s what TwinMore was built to solve. Not just implementing systems — but helping organizations build the operational foundations, leadership alignment and execution capability needed for transformation to be successful.

From corporate leadership to TwinMore

Before founding TwinMore, I spent multiple years as Principal Director at Accenture, leading the Supply Chain & Operations technology solutions practice in the Netherlands. I built teams, supported large transformation programs and helped organizations navigate operational data and AI modernization across manufacturing, retail  and supply chain environments.

Before that, I spent more than a decade in operational and transformation roles — from customer service management to global transformation leadership at organizations in agritech, healthcare, chemicals and automotive. What shaped my perspective most was not just strategy or technology but experiencing transformation from inside complex operational environments where execution pressure, fragmented systems and organizational resistance are part of daily reality.

That combination of corporate leadership, operational experience and hands-on transformation delivery now comes together through TwinMore.

WHY I STARTED TWINMORE

At a certain point, I realized most organizations didn’t need more transformation activity.

They needed more clarity, less complexity, better operational foundations, faster decision-making and teams that felt enabled. Too many transformation programs became overly complex, consultant-heavy and disconnected from operational reality.

So in 2025, I founded TwinMore to work differently:

What drives me

Creating insight before execution makes transformation meaningful — not just another project.

Over the years, I’ve seen too many transformations that looked successful in theory but struggled in practice. Systems were implemented, but teams didn’t adopt them. Governance structures looked good on paper, but no decisions were taken. Transformation programs created activity — but not always clarity, alignment or momentum.

What kept showing up was the same underlying issue: organizations often started technology execution before creating the insight, alignment and operational foundations needed for transformation to succeed. That’s what drives me today: helping organizations design transformation that works operationally, organizationally and sustainably.

I believe meaningful transformation requires more than implementation alone.

It requires:

Outside of transformation work, I’m naturally drawn to environments that challenge perspective, resilience and continuous learning.

  • Obstacle running reminds me that progress rarely follows a straight line and that persistence is key.
  • Yoga helps me stay grounded while navigating complexity and change.\
  • Traveling exposes me to different cultures, systems and ways of thinking — something that continuously shapes how I approach transformation and leadership.

I’m endlessly curious by nature, always exploring new ideas around operations, AI, human behaviour and organizational change.
